Derrick A. Tulloch, J.P. - President
Mr. Tulloch functions as the President of the Board of the Credit Union and Chairman of the Finance Committee since June 2000. He also holds the position of 2nd Vice President of the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League (JCCUL), Delegate to JCCUL, and Director to NUCIS.
Mr. Tulloch is a Lecturer.
His educational qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Barry University and FFA – Institute Financial Accounting.
Mr. Tulloch’s philosophy to life is to remain “Committed to the financial transformation of the lives of my fellow human being”.
Rodney Gordon - Assistant Treasurer
Mr. Gordon functions as Assistant Treasurer of the Board of the Credit Union and Chairman of IT Committee.
He notes that the Credit Union helped him to achieve some important possession (house, car, etc). More importantly, it helped him to appreciate the spirit of volunteerism and how important it is to impact peoples’ lives positively.
Mr. Gordon is an Analyst.
His educational qualifications include a Certified Professional Accountant designation and a B.Sc. in Management Studies (Hons.)
Mr. Gordon’s philosophy to life is “Work hard, play harder, enjoy life no matter what the pressure.”
Delroy Redway - Assistant Secretary
Mr. Redway functions as the Assistant Secretary of the Board of the Credit Union and Alternate League Delegate to the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League.
He noted that the Credit Union strengthened his spirit of volunteerism, molded him into an effective administrator and entrepreneur through training offered by the Credit Union movement in financial management and other disciplines. He remains committed to the motto “People helping people”.
Mr. Redway’s volunteer work extends to serving as a Lay Magistrate holding the title of Justice of The Peace, conflict resolution adviser and performing other civic duties. He currently serves as Vice-Chairman on the Board of Management of Browns Town Community College.
Mr. Redway is the Managing Director of Redway’s Hardware & Supplies Limited
His educationed qualifications include a Diploma Elect. Engineering (UTech) and a Diploma Human Resource Management (IMP).
Mr. Redway’s philosophy to life is to “Be positive in your thoughts and action; extend helping hands”.
Gerlyn Gray (Ms) - Treasurer
Miss Gray functions as Treasurer of the Board of the Credit Union, Chairperson – Delinquency Committee, Member – Finance Committee, Member – Quality Assurance Committee.
She notes that the Credit Union has impacted her life in a positive way. It opened the avenue for service and for investing in and enhancing the lives of people.
Miss Gray’s volunteer work extends to other organizations, such as Pentecostal Assemblies of the World of Jamaica (PAWJ) Bible School, UTech Mentoring Programme, Christ Temple Apostolic Church.
Miss Gray is a Lecturer – Research Methods.
Her educational qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Vaughn P. McDonald - Secretary
Mr. McDonald functions as Secretary of the Board of the Credit Union and Chairman of the Quality Assurance & Risk Management Committee since April 2006.
He notes that the Credit Union has become a breeding ground for development and grounded appreciation for what happens in the Credit Union movement and the financial sector on a whole. Coupled with that, it encapsulates management development, business processes, policy development, project management, internal audit and delivery of excellent customer service.
Mr. McDonald’s volunteer work extends to other organizations, such as the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica (HRMAJ) and Kingston College Old Boys Association (KCOBA).
Mr. McDonald holds the position of Human Resource Officer – Industrial Relations at Jamaica Public Service Company Limited.
His educational qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Leicester (London, England).
Mr. McDonald’s philosophy to life is “Do right, because it is the right thing to do”.
Fiona Elizabeth Ann Johnson (Ms) - Director
Miss Johnson is employed to Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPSCo.) as the Customer Care Manager – KSAN. She has been a Director of the Credit Union since April 2009.
She notes that the Credit Union provides the avenue that facilitates one’s ability to purchase things with ease and foster one’s ability to save.
Her educational qualifications include a Masters in Business Administation.
Miss Johnson’s philosophy to life is “One must accept the consequences of their action”.
Michael Bravo - Director
Mr. Bravo was employed to Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPSCo.) from 1972 to 1996. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1972. He joined JPSCo. as a Junior Engineer and left as The Manager Special Projects for both Hunts Bay & Rockfort Power Stations. He has been a Director of the Credit Union since
His educational qualifications include the HNC in Mechanical Engineering from C.A.S.T. and a BSc. in Management Studies from U.W.I.
Mr. Bravo’s philosophy to life is “Success is a journey not a destination”.
Camiel Franklyn - Senior Investment Officer
Miss Franklyn, holds a Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management, an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a BSc in Business and Professional Management. She has over ten (10) years experience in the financial sector.
The incumbent is responsible for monitoring investment accounts, preparing cash flow projections, initiating the investment process and monitoring related activities.
Joydene Jarrett - General Manager
JOYDENE JARRETT – General Manager
Miss Jarrett functions as the General Manager of the organization and is a former banker. She joined the credit union in January 2004 as the Member Services Manager. She was appointed to the position of General Manager in October 2005.
Over the years, she has combined her love for people, education and finance into an outstanding career that started in teaching, evolved into banking and spans more than two decades.
Her educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of Technology, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University
Ms. Jarrett’s philosophy to life is “Disappointment in oneself only stems from the knowledge that we can do better”.
Ms Jarrett is a member of the Kiwanis club of May Pen.
Mr. Earl Munroe was employed to the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited as an engineer in excess of thirty four (34) years. From 2000 – 2010 he worked as a business Consultant and a Director of GENCO Holding Company Ltd.
Mr. Munroe is no stranger to volunteering as since 2003 he has being serving as a member of the Finance and Planning Committee.
Mr. Munroe holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the West Indies. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and also the Jamaica Welding Institute.
